China Glaze Ravishing, Dahling

Review by Bonnie2842: Needed to apply 3 coats to achieve a smooth finish, comes out lighter than the bottle colour. A darker\mid red creme- mine does not have what I would class as a jelly finish.
I generally love China Glaze polishes, but to be honest I have found my HG of this tone of polish elsewhere=Misa Love Bite, a beautiful darkened red with a Jelly look in 2 coats..

Review by Capprii: Fivezero did a GREAT job at describing the color. So not much else I can say but this is an awesome red.

Review by Elixir: China Glaze Ravishing, Dahling (0.50 fl oz for 5.99 usd) is dark red cherry color. This looks more black in the bottle but the polish is a semi dark red that looks vixen, sexy and gothic. The application is smooth just like in many CG polishes, I use 3 coats to get the same intensity as the bottle shade. The staying power is great lasting 7-9 days on my nails with Seche Vite's rapid top coat. Ravishing, Dahling is a great color when you want to go a little gothic or feel like a sexy vixen.

Essie Sandy Beach

Review by Keva: This is a great sheer/neutral beige that is understated and clean. You can't really go wrong with this color. It makes my nails look clean and even. It's like a less peach and more beige version of Essie's Fed Up, very similar to OPI's Samoan Sand (as far as I can remember, it's been a while since I've used that one). It's just a really nice color! Sandy Beach is from Essie's spring '06 Cayman Island inspired collection. Two thumbs up!

Review by lbarnold: The best nude nail polish I've found -- doesn't turn bluish against my cool-toned skin. Two coats give a great almost-but-not-quite-opaque finish, and staying power is good. No shimmer or glitter, just nice creamy peach/sand color. I used to use Naked Truth, but this is better.

Review by quantumkitten: This is a great, sheer nude color. Sandy Beach is all nude..no yellow, no pink, no grey, no peach undertones...just a beautiful, pale shade of beige. It goes on without streaking, and finishes with an incredible shine. I haven't had a professional manicure in weeks, but with 2 coats of Sandy Beach, my nails look well groomed and well maintained. I have cool undertones to my skin, and this color is very flattering.

OPI Marooned on the Magnificent Mile

Review by tetrakis: OPI really got it right with the Chicago line! The colours are gorgeous and have a very vintage feel, as another reviewer already mentioned. The colour is dramatic but classic. Perfect for toes and fingers!

Review by aznbebebabe: Beautiful midtone creme maroon. It's like a deep rose with grey undertones. Just lovely. The application is fantastic on this, very even even on the first coat. And the finish is super glossy even without topcoat. I got this for .99 cents from the clearance bin at a local beauty supply store, and it was a very good find.

Review by sleepyone: Another winner from the OPI Chiago Fall 2005 collection. Marooned on the Magnificent Mile is a rich, dark mulberry with plum undertones; it's a creme (no shimmer or frost at all) which is shiny.
