Kerastase Substance constructive

Review by taurusgurl5984: I will update this product as I use it, due to the fact that I just got it TODAY and so far I am loving it. My stylist used a tiny dab in my hair after sutting and prior to drying. It is vcery natural feeling and lightly conditioned my hair. So I plunked down the whopping 24 for 2.5 oz. Let's hope the magic doesn't wear off.

Review by omegakitty: I can't believe I never reviewed this and I've been using this forever!! It's feather light and is sooo awesome at detangling, plus it never ever weighs my hair down (baby fine). I combine this with the other resistance products (bain de force and ciment) and my hair is lush and feels and looks like velvet.
Yes, this is outrageously expensive (I think it's now 28/sm.tube) and the tube is ridiculously small, but I love it, so I will keep repurchasing.

Review by suze9_8: Wow!! This may be the very best leave-in I have ever used. It does not way my hair down nor does it make it greasy. It hydrates my hair like none other. It leaves curls so well formed and shiny. Although it's from the resistance line like ciment thermique, it performs a different function. It provides hydration/moisture for hair whereas ciment thermique, while also a leave-in, is more of a deep treatment. Also this one can be used with good results without heat. I am not sure if this is the case for ciment thermique. In any event, I'd buy this again despite how expensive it is.

Rene Furterer KARITE No rinse nutritive concentrate

Review by joheinous: This is great for my over processed fried locks. I needed something super strong. This does the job. I am now even considering this companys leave in conditioner. I can even just put this on a spot that looks crunchy. This is not put on in the shower. You can use this on damp or dry hair. This is and comes in a 3.4 oz size bottle but that wont stop me from buying again.

Review by Bonnie2842: Very well formulated and works great on dry hair. I use this in summer as it is not greasy. Definately a product I will keep buying.

Review by dlbd2k06: Got this on sale at Sephora 40% off. I'm totally in love! My hair is very annoying; the roots get oily half a day after washing, and my mid-section to ends are crispy dry! This concentrate has the feel/texture of facial moisturizers, smooth and light. It's well absorbed by hair immediately after applying. My ends are smooth and silky immediately, and it doesn't feel or look oily at all!
I don't know if this repairs dry ends in the long run, but the immediate effects will have me purchasing again and again.

Aveda Madder Root Conditioner

Review by bklyncowgirl: Lovely conditioner that feels clean, leaves hair lustrous and not weighed down! I used to enhance my henna coloring on my very black hair. The impact is not quite the same as the henna treatment; it may help extend the color though for a while.

Review by liselise1: I use this to complement the Madder Root shampoo. It's quite strong stuff and very effective. Puts colour back into my naturally red but fading hair. Delicious smell like almonds.
You have to be careful with this else you can stain your hands or bathroom fittings, clothes or whatever. It is a very bright red out of the tube.

Review by shelby1123: I've been using this conditioner for over six months now, and I absolutely love it! My hair is a medium reddish brown, and using this conditioner for 5 - 10 minutes after every other shampoo keeps the red from fading and in fact adds dimension to the color that I've never been able to achieve with haircolor alone. It also conditions my thick, coarse, dry hair very well; I alternate this with Matrix Sleek Look conditioner, and I can see very little difference in the conditioning results of each. It also has that fresh Aveda scent that I love, and I've never had any problems with the color staining my skin, shower, or towels. The conditioner is a little expensive, but since I don't use it with each shampoo I'm still on my first bottle, so it's been well worth the price.
