Chanel Deep Purifying Exfoliating Mousse

Review by oopsygirl: This is a great scrub out there...if you have the money. The chanel scrub is beautiful it is strong enought to remove dead skin cells and overall make the skin look better. The smell is amazing to, i know it is better not to have a smell in skin care products but when a product smells like this i dont mind. The only reason i would not buy this product again issimple becaus of the price i think it is around £28 in the UK and for a scrub frankly i think it is to much to pay considering that there are just as good ones for cheaper, but as i said if you have the money go for it :D

Review by ckgurl714: i bought this exfoliator after receiving a sample from the chanel rep. As with all the chanel products, they are pricey at £25.50 for 75ml. I use this product 2 times a week as i have oily/combo skin and i just want to exfoliate everyday! The grains are smaller than the previous exfoliator i used, clinique 7 day scrub. I also found that clinique one made my skin oiler whereas this one does a marvelous job of purifying my skin. if i use this when i have a spot it gets all the horrible stuff out and the spot shrinks and goes very quickly. It makes my skin feel matte and soft. The only complaint i have is i dont like the upside down bottle, it can be alittle fiddly but apart from that the packaging is gorge! EDIT:- When used this product today i got a burning sensation around my nose which was slightly irritated anyway, probably not recommended for very sensitive skins

Review by Chloeclover: The size of this scrub makes it easy for travel and at home use. Thats what I love about chanel, they're products are convenient. I like this exfoliator because I have semi-oily/combination skin and it is gentle while scrubbing effectively. This i'll definitely buy again along with the purifying cream mask.

The Body Shop Africa Spa Body Salt Scrub

Review by KateN: Fail. I really wish I bought one of the other sugar scrubs in the smaller pot. I don't like the smell, it's not grainy enough (the salt just melts and you have to use alot of product to feel it's exfoliating). Overpriced. It is fairly moisturising and softening though. Personally I would not repurchase.
I'm going to add some sugar and maybe olive oil or honey to try and save it from the bin.

Review by peachy905: Not a fan of the packaging (slipped out of my hands in the shower a few times while trying to open and close), but this is an affordable yet effective scrub. I absolutely love the fragrance which lingers on the skin. Very moisturizing and leaves my skin silky smooth. Good bargain buy.

Review by coolRED: To me, this product is more like a body mask instead of a "Scrub". Reason being, while it does contain granules of salt in it that exfoliates to a certain extent, it does not perform a great job for exfoliating because the salt melts almost immediately especially in the steamy bath room.
I used this together with St Ives Apricot scrub and I must say that the results is very impressive, and spa-worthy. The Africa Salt Scrub contains shea butter, a moisturising property for the skin. It left my skin feeling soft and imparts a certain glow to the skin, therefore I only use this scrub whenever I need a 'pick-me-up' or special occasion. Left me smelling good as well.
I scrub my body for about 5 minutes, and leave it on for another 5 minutes before rinsing it off.
A little pricey for what you get, but go ahead and indulge if you're in need for some pampering !

Lancome Exfoliance Clarte

Review by laurilauri: I got this at duty free, so it was definitely cheaper. I just love this product. Another great product from Lancome! I have combination skin with clogging pores if I put on make up for two-three days straight. I used H2O scrub before, but was way too "scrubby" for me. This product doesn't damage skin but exfoliates at the same time. This is something you can use more than once a week cuz it's so gentle. However, I don't like the pakaging. It kept spiling at the cap when I first used it. Plus it's runny, so gotta be careful when you open the tube! Besides that, it's a fine exfoliating cleanser that won't damage skin.

Review by funkybabe: Love this scrub! It has a very pleasant smell and the beads do a great job exfoliating my acne prone skin. I use it every morning and have not had a problem with irritation and I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin. My sister has dry skin and uses this skin once a week with great results. Anymore than once or twice a week, it starts to irritate her skin so I definitely think this scrub is a great option for us oily skinned girls. :-)
Happy exfoliating!

Review by lipstik: Very nice scrub with just the right amount of exfoliating beads. I can feel lots of beads working on my face but they're not harsh at all so I feel safe srubbing everyday with this. Very refreshing and really helps with the dry flakey parts of my face.
