Zoya Harley

Review by angelchan: Gorgeous colour! Like grey pearls with a silver/lavender shimmer. The overall effect is pearlescent rather than metallic or glittery, which makes it look sophisticated and work friendly. But the pearly lilac sheen makes it a bit more interesting that your basic work nudes. I've noticed that in some photos it seems to look like a flat grey, but that doesn't do this lovely polish any justice!
The silver shimmer makes this a very cool colour, which I liked on my cool fair skin tone (NW20) but it is also subtle enough that I think it would work well on a range of hands. As soon as I put it on, this went straight into my top ten! Definitely buy again, if I ever finish this bottle!
Like all Zoyas, lovely wear time, great formula, excellent bottle and brush - my favourite brand! Only complaint is that they aren't cheap, but then, what great products are? ;)

Review by cosmokid: This is such a great grey polish, i really think it's one of the best out there. Greys have been on an upswing lately (yay for unique colors) and this one is actually really wearable.
It's a midtone grey with beautiful silver shimmer, it's neutral enough that i think it would suit most skin tones.
The Zoya formula is pretty good in general and this polish was no exception to that. It went on smooth and was opaque in 2 coats, and i didn't have any chipping problems until like 3rd or 4th day of wear (i use orly bonder basecoat and seche vite top coat).
the only thing i don't like about zoya is the brush, it's too small for my taste, i really like the opi wide brush style more, but it's really not that big a deal.

Review by lizbert: I was a little worried that this polish would make me look like I had corpse nails, but this is surprisingly flattering. This was my first foray into Zoya polishes and I think I'm in love. The formula applies well, the brush is nice, and the colors (this one in particular) are beautiful. Harley is a somewhat cool-toned pale gray with some lavender/silver shimmer. On my nails the shimmer is barely noticeable, it just keeps the polish from looking too flat. I'm a warm toned Asian with roughly NC30 skin and this color isn't too cool for me. I wouldn't hesitate to repurchase this if/when I run out even.

OPI Austin-tatious Turquoise

Review by Bonnie2842: i love this color! i'd describe it as a duochrome "mermaid turquise". the one downside is the formula, it's kinda sheer so you need at least 3 coats to achieve the opaqueness and color in the bottle. i wouldn't buy again, though, because OPI is always coming out with new shades in the teal/turquise family.

Review by dontblink15: This is seriously dissappointing - normally I never buy anything without waiting for reviews, but this was for the OPI Texas series so I had to have it. The color is a gorgeous shimmery turquoise in the bottle that looks dense and rich. But oh, what a dissapointment. It goes on super sheer and streaky, even after two coats it was totally awful. 3 coats looks better but it's still a hot mess. I am so mad I will probably shun OPI polishes and look into Essie or the butter polishes from now on. Craptastic.

Review by dlbd2k06: I like this color - but I prefer (similar OPI Shades) Yodel me on my Cell (bluer) or Catch me in your net (more glittery), Ski Teal We Drop (Darker and Teal). This is good with CMIYN over top of it. A nice, complex, mermaid/peacock greenish/blue. (Not teal.)

Hard Candy Stop Nail Polish

Review by mashafromrussia: I received this color as a gift, and like it much more than I had expected. Polishes with gold usually look weird on my nails, but this is not a heavy gold glitter. The polish lasts much longer than some of my other Hard Candy polishes, and this is a good winter red.

Review by lbarnold: Unfortunately, I scored this before Sephora severely slashed Hard Candy prices...so I ended up paying alot more for this compared to its current price...But this is a beautiful color, a deep garnet red with a nice golden shimmer. Great for winter!

Review by gogoamy: I initially got a mini bottle of this as part of the Delinquent Nail Set, but I loved the color so much that I bought a full bottle (off ebay, since it's no longer sold in stores). This color is GREAT, sexy glittery red, and look good with my slightly olive skin tone. The only thing I don't like about this polish is that it chips really easily :( I guess I'm really rough on my nails or something because I get chips pretty easily, and I find Hard Candy nail polishes are some of the worst as far as chipping goes.
