what to look for when buying a foundation makeup?Let's see the 3 effective foundation makeup !

Physicians Formula Brightening Foundation in Brightening Beige

Review by vengland: I tried this on a whim because I rarely use foundation and I kinda wanted to. I was kinda reluctant at first because I didn't know if the color would match my skin but I was pleasantly surprised with the results. If I use a makeup sponge, my skin looks even. I don't have to use a lot to get good coverage. It lasts throughout the day even with my oily skin. I would recommend it.

Review by bunnyrabbit: This is okay. It gives light but adequate coverage without that "makeup" finish. I found it a little thick and slightly too pink though(I am ridiculously yellow though so I can't really blame them). However, since it's sheer, you don't need a perfect match. Plus, it has no smell, which is a big bonus to me.

Review by kimby83: This foundation is pretty good. It covers very lightly, yet evens out your skin tone and fades away any imperfections. The shades blends wonderfully. This is great for oily skin too, it stayed semi-matte on my oily skin. This is a good foundation if you want something that covers yet is light. I recommend this.

Sonia Kashuk perfecting liquid foundation in bamboo

Review by julie9536: This is an HG contender for me, I haven't decided between it and the Carmindy foundation.
My favorite trick with this foundation is that I can change the coverage easily...if I apply it with a damp sponge before moisturizer is completely dry, it's a little more sheer but still great coverage. If I dab it on and "buff" with a kabuki, it's definitely more coverage. That can be good or bad but I love having the option. It leaves me looking very even toned and does not settle into pores or fine lines. Stays put for the better part of my day.
I'm NW25 and bought this in Buff.
Shake before using, and be prepared, it is more liquidy than I expected and I've wasted a few squirts that way.

Review by jenss79: I love this foundation I have been using this for a very long time. I use bamboo in the summer and cream in the winter. It has enough coverage and it tones down the red. It looks very natural.

Review by ZoSo: Love, love, love this foundation. I've used Chanel and Bobbi Brown and this is the best. Chanel looked masky on me and Bobbi Brown, although yellow-based, didn't have a good color for me, nor did it stay the entire day. I have good skin and don't need heavy coverage. This color and coverage is perfect...I'm so glad to have discovered it!!

Tony & Tina Environmental Rescue Foundation Stick

Review by LuiLui: This is the best stick foundation I've found for my breakout prone, fairly oily, large pored, extremely fair but also very yellow toned skin. It blends flawlessly, doesn't make my pores look larger, and generally makes my skin look nice. The texture is great. The color is great. It can range from very light coverage to fairly heavy while still matching my skin tone. Also, the packaging? Shiny silver just looks so pristine in my makeup bag.

Review by mriaow: OMG!!! I have finally found the PERFECT stick foundation. It's the first one I've tried (and I've tried literally dozens) that doesn't emphasize my large pores, settle into lines, or stick onto dry patches or flakes making them appear more noticeable.
I apply using a foundation brush and get sheer coverage, then go back over the spots that need additional coverage. I've only applied directly from the stick under my eyes as a concealer, but it worked quite well this way. So, for those who want fuller coverage I imagine it would be excellent.
I will definitely buy this again!

Review by Jaie: Well, I didn't actually buy this. Tony and Tina was at Sephora for an event and I was scheduled for a makeover. So the lady put this foundation on me, and I have mixed feelings. It was a good color match, and I liked the luminous finish, but after a while I got oily again, even though she used powder. For those with really oily skin like me, this might not be the best foundation for you.
