MD Forte Glycare Perfection Gel

Review by scrapdoll: I DIDN'T LIKE THIS AT ALL. I guess I can say that after various applications and mediocre results. I used it as a spot treatment, at night only, and I'd wake up to a bothered acne lesion, much MUCH worse than what it was before treating OR not changed ar all. I really wanted to like this product as this line inspires trust in me.

Review by auth: I have combination skin and break out now and then. This gel can make even a big red bump go down overnight, let alone the smaller ones. Costs more but works like wonder compared to the products I bought from drug stores.

Review by francesca39: This stuff works! Since I have started using M.D. Forte Cleanser (II) I decided to try another product from the line. This gel has 1% salicyclic acid and 10 or 15% glycolic acid (I believe). The gel has been quite helpful at clearing out my clogged pores and healing acne much faster than drugstore products. MD Forte is affordable for the amount of product you get and the level of effectiveness.
ETA: 8/15/09- I'm adding a lippie because this gel has been working wonderfully this summer! It is worth every penny.

Joico K-Pak Liquid Reconstructor

Review by Bethany09: If like me, you have fine, fried, dyed hair, then these treatments are a GODSEND! I spray this through shampooed, towel-dried hair, then spray a leave-in conditioner through and my hair feels more like a human's and less like a very well-played-with Barbie dolls' tangled mess!

Review by iberian: This made a big difference in my hair. I woke up to well-behaved hair that was soft and less frizzy. It also smelled great while I was spraying it throughout my hair. It doesn't leave a residue and it didnt weigh my hair down. I use this when my hair needs a break from moisturizing products or after prolonged exposure to sun or wind. I really feel like my hair is stronger whenever I use this. If you are sensitive to protein based products, I wouldn't recommend this.

Review by Jennybear: This is an amazing product especially for fine hair. I have been using it for years and it makes my hair smooth and manageable, without weighing it down.

MyChelle Ultra Hyaluronic Hydrating Serum

Review by DawnD: This is a new staple for me. I use it over my DIY C serum in the morning. It adds a nice glow and plumps up any fine lines all day long. It makes a nice base layer for any other moisturizing products I might need according to season. Doesn't cause other products fo ball up as some other HA serums have done in the past.
Doesn't sting or burn. Smells strongly of honey.

Review by belle2216: I bought this on a whim and regretted it as soon as I left Whole Foods. I decided to give it a try anyway and I am so glad I did. This stuff is amazing. It really hydrates my skin and leaves it so smooth and soft. I have not had any problems with breakouts either. Plus my skin has a nice glow to it. This may reach HG status!

Review by pinkiiish: My one and only skin care HG. Perfect moisturizer for my retinoid-sensitized, somewhat clogged skin. If I have an irritated or scaly patch, glycerin and water is best; but for regular use, I have never tried anything better. The feel and the slight rose scent are lovely. Thanks, MUA!
EDIT: I do not care for the new formula as much. Way more ingredients, including skin irritants limonene and limanool. :( Very disappointing.
