E.L.F. Studio Kabuki Face Brush

Review by Chloeclover: This brush is SOO SOFT!
It works great and for only 5!!
I have yet to clean it so I don't know how it will hold up.
This is my first kabuki brush and I am in love.

Review by Angeline: I feel like I don't hear much about this brush compared to other ELF favorites (which I also love) but it is terrific. I use it daily to blend out bronzer or blush, and to put on an overall coat of powder (sometimes the ELF HD). It is soft and blends everything together perfectly. I also think it has a cool look, with the black and grey coloring. Throw this into your next ELF order and you won't be disappointed.

Review by CherryBlossom03: ELF changed their Kabukis, and while they used to make the most luxuriously soft, dense kabuki brushes, they have been replaced with loosely-packed and flimsy ones. The metal bottom piece used to have some weight on it, but the newer one feels almost plastic like. I adored my ELF kabuki so much that I bought a newer one (original was bought about a year and a half ago, new one a few months ago) and am thoroughly disappointed. So sad that they're making cheaper products...but it makes sense if they're in high demand. There's no way they could have kept up production on the old Kabukis - they were softer and more easy to use/made better than MAC or other HE kabukis I've tried!

Cat Cosmetics Mini Brush Set

Review by cloud0204: Great brushes! Especially if you are just starting out with make up brushes. I imagine the bag will get quite dirty over time, but all in all I'm pleased with this set. LOVE the little eye liner brush!

Review by ZoSo: Really nice set of brushes for the price, the bristles are soft and did a fine job despite being mini sized brushes. Comes in a nice nylon pouch great for travelling or in your everyday purse and enough space to stash your other cosmetics. The only thing was the pouch did not have slots to hold the brushes individually so inadvertently there will be friction between the brushes and the bristles.

Review by mz654: These are the best thing ever, since I am near-sighted and have to do my makeup holding a mirror right up to my face. When I use regular length brushes I keep whacking them against the mirror, so I was thrilled to find these. Great quality. The bigger sizes shed a bit, but who cares. For travel, I just add a little lipbrush with a lid.

Maybelline Eye Contour Brush

Review by Jessimau: This is the same as the "angled eye brush" category.
My first decent eyeliner brush. I wasn't sure about using a e/l brush so I decided to try drugstore first. Studio Basics (by Walgreen) sucked; Essence of Beauty (by CVS) has decent quality but the hair doesn't stick to form a thin line when damped. Haven't got to try SK, but I don't think i need to! Maybelline's is quite delicate and I can draw a thin line without any problem. I literally opened my mouth (like "O") and felt deeply touched when I held it in my hand and trying out the hair on my palm. More RAVE after actually used it!! Love the delicate/thin handle too. Great for traveling. Edit: This is also perfect for lining eyebrow with powder.

Review by dontblink15: An exceptional brush for the price. Great as an eyeliner brush. I like to use it with my Fluidlines, and it never loses shape even with daily washing. What a find!

Review by shelby1123: I have been using this for years as an eyeliner brush. It's soft and never sheds. It's the perfect softness for drawing a thin and solid line.
