Komenuka Bijin Cleansing Foam

Review by Susie31: This product, like the Komenuka Bijin cleansing grains, is one of the best facial cleansing products I've ever used. I have dry sensitive skin and this product left my skin squeaky clean without feeling dry or tight. It's expensive, but the tinest bit (smaller than pea-sized) is more than enough and lathers up a storm, so one tube goes a long way.

Review by tetrakis: I love this product! A small amount of the cream mixed with water creates a thick lather. Don't hesitate about the price - this product last forever. I have very sensitive skin, combination skin, this cleansing foam does the trick.
The enitire product line is worth a try.

Review by askewchick: A little goes a long way... lots of suds, wonderful scent, and cleans so well!

Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel

Review by dastac: LOVE IT!! My skin is senative, combination and breaks out too. No problems at all with this cleanser. Leaves my skin soft, smooth and clean. My skin ended up lot liking this.

Review by GonnaBeARockStar: I saw this product and it looked like a good cleanser to use in the winter when my skin is drier. The woman at the counter kindly gave me a large sample to try. I'm so glad she did - this didn't work for my skin at all. It left a greasy feel and I had breakouts afterwards. So far, I haven't had any luck with Clarins products, so I guess this is just one line that I'll have to keep away from.

Review by YolandaMC: I really liked the idea of this product and I really wanted to like it so imagine my horror when I broke out in not-quite-spots-but-still-red-and-horrible-looking-all-the-same things underneath my nose. Devestated. But then, I decided to start using it with my facecloth to wash it off and I absolutely love it now. Not only does it get rid of every scrap of make up, it's very gentle and doesn't irritate the skin. My skin tone has improved and I feel like moisturiser just glides on. Definitely a keeper!

DHC Washing Powder

Review by Newme: I am generally a DHC fan, but I just can't get on with this stuff. It is a powdered soap that you mix with water. I find it doesn't remove my makeup properly unless I use the cleansing oil first, I need loads to make any sort of a lather, and that it takes a lot of rinsing to remove completely. My face feels dry, tight and slightly sticky afterwards. This may be something to do with the very hard water in my area, but I don't have the same problem with DHC's bar soaps, which I much prefer. On the plus side, it's very portable for travel, and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, but that's about all I can say for it.

Review by andij: I got a little sample of this with my latest DHC catalog. I like this stuff and see how useful it'd be for travel (no worrying about your cleanser bursting open in your suitcase; plus, with the new rules, you can take this onboard with you in your carry-on). It's fun to use too! It's this silky white powder that reminds me a little bit of Dermalogica's Microfoliant, but with a finer texture. You sprinkle some into your hands, then add a little water and rub 'em together to get a nice, beautifully creamy lather. This cleanses well without being too drying (my skin did feel squeaky clean) but I do use a cleansing oil beforehand. No scent at all either and it's not expensive, though you do have to order it online. I think I'll order a full-size when I'm through using up my current cleanser.

Review by Cristy1970: I bought the Washing powder Duo and the Terry Sponge Duo too, and it works on my ultra-sensitive skin! It doesn't overdry my skin out, or make my break out! The key to using this is to not put the powder on your hands and wet it. Put it on a damp cloth or sponge and add water to it.
I combine it with Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, the creamy kind, in the winter and it makes a gentle, foaming face wash that wakes me up!
