Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipstick in Orchid Frost

Review by jules2064: It is a wonderful pink shade. It has specks of glitter in it, and it feels a bit gritty if you rub your lips together... A cool-toned darker pink, it is something I really like to wear. Smells like watermelon, and moisturizing. Can't beat that... Also, it is really inexpensive... I think I got this for 50% off and it came out to around 3 dollars

Review by navarre: I'm surprised there aren't many reviews on this! I just bought this lipstick on a whim- I was at CVS and was about to purchase the Revlon Matte shades, but the shades wasn't what I expected. I continued looking around and tried this out- and I'm glad I did! This gives good color payoff like a lipstick but without the thick, heavy feel. It's super glossy, lightweight, and moisturizing. I love the little sparkles in it. When I swatched it on my hand the sparkles were really noticeable, but on my lips they blended in and were more subtle. I don't know about the longevity of this lipstick, but I don't expect longwear from this since it feels glossy, and glosses never last long for me anyway. However, this is definitely a repurchase and I highly recommend it! :) Try it for yourself and you'll fall in love! :)

Review by stellaluna2: Great color that I think would suit any skin tone. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clinique Colour Surge Butter Shine Lipstick - Pink Goddess

Review by bekkbekk1985: Unfortunately, I hate Pink Goddess as much as I love Delovely -- I swatched Pink Goddess on my hand and thought it would work for me, so I bought it. But when I put it on my lips, it's pure Barbie/bubblegum pink and much too bright. I've tried to get used to it, but it just doesn't work for me.

Review by aguskl: I bought this lipstick in store after I tried it on there. At home I figured out, that that color is so invisible on me, that it didn't make any sense for me. First I thought about giving it to my mother in law, since she likes the NARS blush in Orgasm. That lipstick is the perfect match for that! It's a very sheer peachy-pink with a golden touch.
At the end I exchanged the lipstick to the Rasberry Rush - color.
And- for going out at night you really get a rasberry-pink! For daytime you can pat it on to get a more natural look. Perfect for me!
The buttershine really feels like butter on the lips. After all, I like the feel of theNeutrogena Moistureshine better on my lips. That feels more like a fresh liptreatment, which I like!

Review by lipstickcrazy: I had a very limited choice of colors (only 3 left at SF Nordstroms) and this one was the winner. Very lovely shade of medium pink. I have fair skin and can wear both warm and cool lip colors, as long as they aren't too extreme in either direction. This pink was just right. Subtle glimmer; no frost or glitter to make me feel like a junior high school wannabe. That great buttershine texture which created my lemming in the first place. I never BUY lipstick (I use GWP ones, get swaps, or buy/swap lipglosses), so this was a huge change for me. I think I'll get more...

Chanel Aqualumiere #42 - Macao

Review by misswillow: I bought this for NZ20.50 on TradeMe (that is, New Zealand's equivalent to eBay, and roughly translates to US13 ish?) so yes, I got an awfully good deal. But I still rated it as a 4, knowing usual Chanel prices. Also, I did go check this out at a local Chanel counter, so I don't think it is discontinued... yet?
It doesn't last as long as I would like it to, but the colour is nice and reasonably subtle. I don't like extremely bold, solid colours. It's a nice red that people know I used it, but not overpowering!! I cannot see much of a coral tone though, though it was noticeable on my hand, I think I just have rather pigmented lips. I wouldn't buy again, only because I never buy the same lipstick twice, I like trying new things too much!!
FYI I am Asian and NC40.

Review by kitten75: I love these lipsticks they have a really nice light texture. Also I'm pretty pale but with this range I can get away with stronger colours than with standard lipsticks. Macao is such a great colour and looks good on despite my usual preference for more autumn toned colours

Review by shimmering: Gorgeous coral-red with a bit of golden shimmer! Just enough glossiness, sheer and moisturizing texture, rich color, pretty long lasting.
Love this one and will probably end up wearing it all summer! Even though it's expensive, it gets 5 lippies.
