what is a good powder foundation?Let's see the 3 top powder foundation !

Artistry Loose Powder

Review by aznbebebabe: I have this loose powder in medium. I really like it. I don't wear foundation, only moisturiser and this powder. It makes my skin look even, polished and matte but still glowy. My skin looks very natural, like my skin but better, even when I put on too much powder. I think the price is great, since it will last me for a long time.

Review by pink_cosmos: I really like this powder. However my cousin who works for the company (if you have the magazine my cousin's card is on the back!) gave this to me, so I wouldn't know the expense of this product. When I apply this, it doesn't look obvious like most powders, it looks very natural and for that, I really like this. I am actually very light and pale and my cousin gave me the medium colour and it actually works REALLY well, so be careful with the choice of colour. I never use the little pad that the packages come with, so I use my stippling brush and it works perfectly. Again, I really like this powder.

Review by Ellz: Just not that into it. It was about 2 yrs ago that last I used it, so it could have changed, but I've had drugstore loose powders perform better. It does have a very fine, silky texture but I hated that it did not blend well and smooth easily over my skin.

Aveda Inner Light Dual Foundation

Review by ninanina: This covers acne beautifully and smells really good too. I would love it if it came in a wider variety of shades. I have fair skin and it just doesn't quite match my skintone very well. The lightest shade is too pale and chalky and the second lightest matches better, but is too pink toned. If it did match my skintone better, I would definately keep using it. My other complaint is the awful packaging. It is just an insert so you have to buy the compact separatly.

Review by andij: I bought this in Cream, after having used the Dual Base Minus Oil in Cream. It is comparable, coverage-wise (medium and covers imperfections well), but gives a less matte, more glowy look. Perhaps not as great for oily skin. Those of you for whom Cream was too dark will probably really like the Inner Light in Cream - it is a full shade lighter (although looks a bit darker in the package). Overall a good powder foundation, but very different from the Dual Base formula - a completely different product, really.

It doe NOT contain TALC and it covers my skin so well and contols oil.
I have used sooo many brands (and I dont wear liquid foundation) for example Dior, Lancome, Kanebo, Bobbi Brown... etc...etc.... But when I discovered this foundation there was no going back! I have used it for 3 years now and told all my friends to try it and most of them only use this foundation today.
I also own the concealer and the loose powder, together you will get the perfect skin and not break out!
I also use the Aveda skin care line (gel cleanser, exfoliant) and its the best feeling ever knowing that you are putting something good on your skin and not harming your face ;)

Graftobian HD Pro Powder Foundation

Review by hersheyb: really LOVED it at first. it really does give you PERFECT healthy, airbrushed looking skin but for me, only for an hour at most. Doesn't keep the oil at bay at all! Looks even better with wet sponge but the problem with oilyness remains. for refrence, i'm lighter than NW15 and FAIR MAIDEN was a bit dark and maybe to yellow on me. This would be such a perfect powder for someone with normal skin.

Review by tippygirl: This is some good stuff! I have the palette in the warm shade, and the color and coverage is amazing! Whenever I wear it, I always get compliments on how my skin looks great! You can apply it with a sponge, or brush, which ever one works well. A little concealer and this powder and you are good to go! Will be purchasing again! Great for MUA...

Review by lorraine07: For now this is my HG foundation powder. It looks absolutely amazing on the skin=it don't show at all, not even on my skin! Thats not a small feat I tell you. Now a days I use it with a powderbrush from Adesign and it's rather similar to a kabuki so it's really good to work it in to your skin. I always spray a little water on the bristles before dipping in the product.
The sad thing is you run out so quickly! Would love this in a loose form! :D
Definately recommend this fella! :D
However I'm still interested in Yaby's counterpart. We'll see wich one makes it to my kit.
