The Body Shop Body Butter - Cocoa Butter

Review by iberian: Fabulous body butter. Very rich and moisturizing- perfect for dry skin. It really has a lot of cocoa butter in it, too, not just a little for fragrance purposes (like palmers cocoa butter). I used this on my belly every night when I was pregnant and I didn't get any stretch marks. I think part of it is thanks to this lotion!
If it didn't have parabens in it, it would be perfect (I inquired about that "unnatural" ingredient and TBS says the parabens are "minimal"). So one lippie off for that.

Review by biomechmonster: It smells amazing and it moisturizes well. Its also softer as shea body butter by the same producer.
Well, but I hate that this cocoa butter leaves greasy traces after using:-(

Review by francesca39: I'm now on my second tub. They last a while, but my first did separate after a few months. I think this is the only one marked for *very* dry skin, and boy, do I need it. I've actually heard news reports telling us that indoor humidity is low here this winter, and my legs suffer. I slather this on after shaving, go through a full workout at the gym, shower, and can still feel it.

La Prairie Skin Caviar Body Emulsion

Review by sophie_tan: If you've tried the Luxe Body Cream - you will have to try this!!!
I love the Luxe body cream, however at over 300 a jar for that you can buy La Prairie's new Luxe Caviar Body Emulsion. It is nearly the same as the cream, but in a lotion form. I think it has many pluses, over the cream as well. First, it has the same devine fragrace as the Luxe cream, but is in a larger pump dispenser. There are light reflecting particles (slight shimmer) which gives a nice glow to the skin. Also, I notice it doesn't sting my legs (shaving) like the Luxe cream did after getting out of the shower. Another benefit, is the lotion is to also help firm/tighten and lessen the look of cellulite. I don't have much cellulite, and not sure if it does much, but gotta tell ya I love this stuff!! Retails for 175... still pricey but I think it's sooo worth it!

Review by Chloeclover: I really like this body lotion. it absorbs super fast and makes my skin look at its best. I don't believe in miracle products either like Olivia said but for something that makes my skin look so good all day.. well... I m gonna keep it lol.
I bought it 2ice so far and will buy again. It is WAYYYY too expensive, the cellular body lotion does just as well and is cheaper.... BUT this is why I keep coming back to this: Well I don't know if its a coincidence but my chest is looking fab since i started applying on it... Very flattering!
You DONT need this but it will be nice to have it!

Review by guitarzan: very good mosteurizer. i rate the luxe body cream higher for brightening and lifting but this definetly works for radiance. i would rarely give a 5 star rating for any product but this comes damn close to it. only the luxe cream is better in my opinion

Yes To Carrots C is Smooth Body Moisturizing Lotion

Review by sjcsmall: This body lotion is good! It is worth trying if you hate greasy body lotions. It has a light consistency, it's non-sticky and non-greasy and sinks into the skin instantly. At first when I added it to my skin I noticed that the fragrance was a little too strong for my taste, but after a while it turned into a more discrete smell which I actually like (but on the other hand I've started to become a little tired of it). It's PARABEN-FREE - a big plus. The packaging is great and nice-looking, it has the perfect size for me and it has a good pump. I use alot of product for some reason, not that it's thick, but I've noticed that I pump many times and I can see how the product disappears in the bottle. I still look for the perfect bodylotion but wouldn't reject buying this again.

Review by Pinki: This lotion is such a great find! 7.99 for an 8.45 oz bottle of lotion that contains all sorts of good stuff: carrot seed oil, olive, jojoba, avocado and almond oil, aloe, organic extracts of pumpkin, sweet potato and melon. Plus 3 different algae extracts - wow. It feels luxuriously smooth and light, leaves my skin feeling very supple, soft, and moisturized. This line markets itself as being paraben-free, as well as containing Dead Sea mud. I am very impressed with this drugstore find - it's an exceptional value for the ingredients and it delivered on its promise of smooth skin! A keeper!

Review by tippygirl: This is a wonderful lightweight, non-greasy body moisturizer for dry skin. My skin feels softer and moisturized and I don't have to wander around the house before I dress while it dries. Wow, a body moisturizer that works and doesn't feel like Crisco! ;)
