3 recommended pressed powder ,let's see how good they really are!

Versace V2000 Invisible Pressed Powder

Review by Cristy1970: I bought this pressed powder to use as a well-presented compact mirror, but pretty soon powder cracked into pieces. It never even fell ? Now I have to wipe mirror every time I want to use it. It?s not presentable anymore.

Review by Stampy_76: You have to be very gentle with this, very gentle, or it will crack because of the delicate packaging. This is nice to use for special occasions, and I love the packaging-so pretty! I use it to set my foundation and cover so minor patches of redness/breakouts. Will repurchase.
**btw-I have this in v2001, but I felt that powders should all be in the same thread, regardless of shade.

Review by Angeline: This is a review written for my best-pal, whom which I gave this powder to as a gift. Okay, I knew she would be a sucker for the uber-glamorous package (and she loves it), but I never thought the powder would be that good! Whenever she wears it, I swear I cannot tell that she has it on, except that her skin is flawlessly glowing. It is a high quality product inside and out. Maybe I'll get her the blush next time around.

Vasanti Face Base

Review by Caligirl42990: I found this cosmetics company quite by accident at Fairview Mall and decided to test drive powder foundation since I was looking for a new one. Anyway, the MA introduced me to concealer and the pressed powder and wow! Total love at first sight. The powder is so light and natural it makes my skin look great. And the products are actually yellow-based and not pink so s perfect match is easy to find. It lasts long enough that I only need to retouch 2x during the day - if at all. So glad I found this.

Review by ZoSo: So I have the hardest time finding foundation or cover up that actually suits my skin tone but not with this stuff. It matches perfectly and feels light on, I have a darker one as well that I use as a bronzer and for contouring. Does NOT look like your wearing make up, they actually look darker than when you apply so be careful what colour you choose.
I will buy again, and I have:) I like it better than the MAC studio fix as I found that looks too cakey and thick, this can be used with a damp sponge as a foundation or with a big fluffy brush on top of liquid or alone for just a natural look so it's versatile.

Review by auth: I too purchased this at Ulta on clearance for 2.99. I have it in V6 and it is too dark to wear as a foundation, but I use it as a bronzer and that is working just fine. I like it because it goes on as a light coverage and allows me to build up from there. I would not repurchase this at regular price but I will grab it if I see it on clearance again.

Dr. Hauschka Translucent face powder

Review by drusilladru: Yes, this stuff is expensive! But it never makes my very sensitive skin break out and is pretty good at coverage. Doesn't need a whole lot of touching up either, it lasts a nice amount of time. If I could afford to, I would wear it everyday. Instead I use it a handful of times a week.

Review by JettNY: Bought this rather spontaneously, after a friend suggested it. I really can't say this smells like cinnamon. It kind of has a weird smell - almost like herb tea or something. But that doesn't bother me at all. I like how this is translucent yet still covers pretty well. Of course, it's not a substitute for real make-up, if you need the coverage. But for me, blessed with fairly decent skin, it's great. I apply it over my tinted moisturizer and it leaves a lovely, matte, even, perfect finish. Doesn't look cakey or overly "powdery" at all. It keeps oil at bay fairly well and the reason why I am thinking of re-purchasing is that this is a natural powder. I mean, natural ingredients only. I hope this will have a conditioning and improving effect on my skin. So far, so good! All five Lippies.

Review by runtagua: Nice powder. Has a cinnamon-like smell, costs about 13,50 euro. Good against oilyness (i have acne-prone/oily skin).
EDIT: I switched back to my Clinique facial powder. After some hours my skin became greasy.
